Reception for the 12th International Suppliers Fair (IZB)

The long wait is finally over: the International Suppliers Fair (IZB) will take place again in the Allerpark in Wolfsburg from 22nd to 24th October 2024. Trade visitors and exhibitors from all over the world will make the most of the opportunity to gather at Europe’s leading trade fair for the automotive supplier industry. "Empowering Partnerships: Competitiveness, Sustainability, Acceleration” is the motto of this year’s IZB, focusing on the ongoing transformation and marking the start of a brand-new era in the automotive industry.

The IZB Reception, the celebratory opening event of the trade fair, will take place in Wolfsburg at Forum AutoVision on Monday, 21st October 2024.

The state of Lower Saxony, the Volkswagen Group and the city of Wolfsburg are the patrons of this year's IZB. They are represented by Stephan Weil, Minister President of Lower Saxony, Dennis Weilmann, Mayor of the City of Wolfsburg, and Dirk Große-Loheide and Kai Grünitz from Volkswagen Group.

There will be contributions from all three institutions on the opening event. More details about the program and the speakers follow soon.

This year’s IZB will focus on current and relevant key topics such as Electrification, Autonomous Driving, Connectivity, E-mobility, Software, Production 4.0 and Cyber Security. The ID2all is the perfect vehicle for the visualisation of these focuses as the main theme of the IZB – completely electric, fully networked and a pacesetter for autonomous driving.

The IZB 2024 will be complemented by an attractive supporting program with various formats for networking.
